This deal should go through on its own merits....but microsoft will have to get in bed with the government to get this deal past. At the end of the day the CMA are protecting Sonys dominance who also employ more people in the uk.
So now that this isn't a sure and done deal, when is Activision Blizzard going to decide to bring Diablo IV to Steam? MW2's constantly on the top ten sales charts so the money trail is pretty clear at this point.
